Liora Sponko is a Life Coach, certified by Coaching Training Alliance.
I am passionate about helping artists and creative professionals be successful and contribute to their communities.
I have worked in the nonprofit sector my entire career. I currently serve as the Executive Director for Lane Arts Council in Eugene, Oregon. I also have experience in mediation, facilitation, and I am bilingual in Spanish. I have a strong passion for self-awareness and have a daily practice of yoga, meditation, journaling, dreamwork, and gratitude.
My coaching style is a co-creative process. I use honed listening and communication skills to support you as a thinking partner. Together we create more power for you to create meaningful change and take dynamic actions towards your goals. I will listen closely to you, respond to what I hear and ask questions. If I hear something in your voice or language that sparks an intuitive thought, I’m likely to ask you about it. Often, it is the small moments that bring about BIG shifts.
I ask clients to stretch themselves, deepen the work done in the sessions by writing, taking some action, resolving relationships that feel incomplete. We often end each session with action plans to support your personal development and arts-based venture. I am your accountability partner and your biggest fan.
I will work right in tune with you to uncover your path to creative success.
